On large-scale projects, we can demonstrate how well our processes work to consistently deliver top-quality products. Our first step is to carefully study the plans and compare them with architectural models, a vital process that helps us create an accurate real-life version of the project. We use an advanced automated system to mark units on the building's exterior and floors, ensuring precision and timely completion.

Challenge

Diverse evolving project

At the project's inception, we needed to establish a structure that would gradually evolve and refine. Some buildings were initially abstract, with details added over time as the architectural designs became available.

This project features a wide variety of layout solutions and architectural building forms. Each new building posed a challenge for our 3D specialists to showcase it in all its glory, emphasizing its unique features and details.

The project's planning deserved special attention as it was designed to be highly diverse.

Goal

Create an Immersive User experience and a flexible foundation for adding unique buildings.

Our goal was to create a unique level of user immersion in the project and establish a flexible foundation for adding new distinctive buildings. By laying a universal foundation during the project's initial stages, we required minimal coordination time with clients for adding new buildings to the project.

Clients already understood how the product would look and what it would include. We only needed room planning, a 3D model, and a database with key room information. This streamlined the process to approximately a week for each new building.

The project overview gradually expanded with new buildings, providing users with an understanding of the project's scale and structure. Selecting units in each individual building allowed users to delve into the specifics of each structure.

Stylized unit layouts created a consistent set of options, making it easier for users to compare and choose. 3D unit planning helped users better visualize their future life in their apartments
